Sault Rosé is crafted using carefully selected ingredients and traditional fermentation methods to create a balanced, lightly sparkling beverage designed to be enjoyed at home, shared with friends, or savoured on its own.

We begin with a delicate infusion of Sencha tea, Jasmine flowers and Toranja, gently extracted to capture their fresh citrus, floral and subtly bitter character. The infusion is then lightly sweetened with pure cane sugar.

This sweet tisane is fermented with a SCOBY over 7 to 10 days, transforming the sugars while preserving the nuanced aromatics and a small amount of residual sweetness.

Once bottled, Sault Rosé undergoes a second fermentation, creating its natural effervescence and fine bubbles.

The result is a dry, elegant sparkling tea with notes of grapefruit, white flowers and fresh citrus. Complex and refreshing, Sault Rosé offers a sophisticated non-alcoholic alternative that serves and pairs like a fine rosé wine.
